Eligibility: MBBS Students, CRRIs (Interns), BSc Nursing, Allied Health Sciences

Registration: Mandatory before abstract submission

Deadline for abstract submission : March 15 (Abstracts submitted WITHOUT prior registration will be DISQUALIFIED)

Submission: Abstracts must be emailed (address to be provided after registration) Ticket ID (found below Bar Code) that is generated upon successful payment should be mentioned in the email without fail.

Presentation Details:

• Format: Oral (PowerPoint) or Poster Presentation
• Selection:
  1. Candidates submitting abstracts for research presentation can specify a preference for a poster presentation, or leave the preference unspecified.
  2. Abstracts submitted under no preference will be evaluated by a panel of experts.
  3. The selected candidates will then be invited to present in only one of the two formats, i.e. oral/poster, as confirmed by the panel.
  4. Abstracts submitted with a preference for a poster presentation will be screened exclusively for poster presentations.
• Basic Delegate Card is REQUIRED for finalists presenting at the offline event.
