Each team must consist of 2-6 members.
Team members may be MBBS students or CRRIs (Interns)
Each team must present a short symposium on a topic of their choice
from the following domains:
- General Surgery
- General Medicine
- Obstetrics and Gynaecology
- Paediatrics
- Physiology and Pathology
Interested candidates are required to submit their outline of presentation through a Google Form, the link to which will be sent to their email upon successful event registration
Team event registration is mandatory prior to abstract submission
Abstracts submitted without registration will be disqualified from screening
The last date for abstract submission is 15th March,2024
Screening results will be out at least 1 week before the event
4 Shortlisted teams from each domain will be evaluated at the conference.
Delegate registration is MANDATORY for shortlisted candidates to participate in the offline event.
Winners will be awarded with certificates & cash prizes!
Instructions for submission of outline of presentation:
After successful event registration, a google form link will be sent to the your email Id. Fill all the details and it is mandatory to fill the Ticket ID (Below Bar Code) generated after the event registration in the google form.
The outline of presentation can be in the following headings:
- Title : Neither too broad nor too niche.
- Objectives
- Outline : Subtopics and Summary.
- Resources Used(like Powerpoint Presentations, Models, etc.)
- Importance of the topic.
The outline should be submitted as a Word document.
Maximum word limit: 900 words.
